Power Outage Affects Dana Point, Capo Beach and San Clemente

A problem with the San Diego Gas & Electric overhead electrical system at about 9:30 a.m. today knocked out power in areas of Dana Point, Capistrano Beach and San Clemente.

According to SDG&E spokesman Erin Koch, the problem originated near Calle Dolores in Capistrano Beach and left 2,259 customers without power.

The utility estimated that power should be restored by 10:42 a.m., Koch Said.

    Power is out way too much in a pocket area of capo beach, San Clemente . Justcwentbout at 7:00 tonight, abscess out last week too for hrs. What is going on?
