The San Clemente-Dana Point Animal Shelter is offering half-price cat adoptions until the end of the month, as part of their “Pussycat Palooza,” feline adoption event. The shelter’s $100 fee for cats will be $50, and all cats adopted during the promotion will be spayed or neutered, vaccinated and microchipped at no additional cost. New owners will also receive a free bag of cat food. The shelter currently has more than 60 cats and another 20 to 30 in foster homes. The shelter is located at 221 Avenida Fabricante.
