Veteran’s Day and Marine Celebration November 10

A ceremony honoring the birth of the United States Marine Corps and Veterans Day will be held Saturday, November 10 at Park Semper Fi in the San Clemente Pier Bowl. The ceremony will begin at noon.
Lt. Col. Robert Weiler, commander of 2/4/ 5th Marines, will be the guest speaker for the event, which will honor all veterans, as well as members of the 2/4. A cake cutting event honoring the Marine Corps will be held at the Dorothy Visser Senior Center from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m.
