San Clemente Elks Lodge No. 2068 will ring in the New Year twice on December 31. The event, dubbed “New York State of Mind,” will allow celebrants to toast to the start of 2013 at both 9 p.m. (midnight in New York) as well as at midnight Pacific Time. The event also features dinner and live music. The cost is $30 for dinner, while $10 tickets are available for just music and dancing.
