An effort spearheaded by community members Pete van Nuys and George Gregory led to the donation of 14 bicycles to the KABC-TV “Spark of Love” Toy Drive. The bikes were donated by local residents and businesses, including Gregory, Cynthia Anderson, Coffee Importers and the Miller family of Dana Point, Ganahl Lumber of San Juan Capistrano, North Beach Green Alternative, Peter Drilling and Contracting, San Clemente Mayor Bob Baker, Urban Bicycle Outfitters, Antoine’s Cafe, Kathleen Ward and Sharon Ruiz, Gary and Linda Hopp, Consolidated Electric, PowerSource Electric and Larry Culbertson.
