Randy Glass, 73, passed away peacefully on March 3rd surrounded in love by his family.
Randy lived in Chicago and Spokane with parents, Adolph and Lori, and three sisters before the LA area. He attended Pierce College and joined Sigma Delta meeting lifelong friends.
Randy served in the US Army from 1966-68 in Fort Belvoir and was awarded: Good Conduct Medal, National Defense Service Medal, Rifle Expert.
Back in CA, Randy met his wife, Lisa. They shared 43 years, mostly in San Clemente, raising three daughters he couldn’t have loved more.
Randy was fortunate, his passion and profession overlapped. He spent 40+years in the motion picture industry as a Gaffer. He retired in 2009 before moving to Idaho.
Randy lived true to his beliefs: integrity, self-sacrifice, humor, strength, work ethic, working towards dreams, and with passionate love for family shown even in his last moments. Humble in accomplishments. Great storyteller. Music lover. Voracious reader. Believer in right and wrong, standing up for that always. Devoted, loving husband.
Survived by wife, Lisa; daughters Brandi, Brieann, Brittany; sisters Lonnie and Romelle (and families); “sons” Geoff and Jon; grandson, Wyatt, affectionately “our baby”.
Donations accepted for his favorite charity, St. Jude http://giftfunds.stjude.org/randyglass.
