The Coffee Importers has been a staple in the Dana Harbor since it was purchased by the Miller family in 1979. Since then the Millers have expanded, opening an ice cream shop in 1982 and a juice bar and a bagel shop in 1995. What began as a three-employee enterprise now employs 35, catering to the masses of visitors who mill in and out every day. Coffee Importers attracts locals and tourists alike. Nestled just feet from the Harbor’s waterways, the patio offers customers an ideal place to enjoy coffee, ice cream and even lunch in the heart of the action. The patio is also home to numerous social groups including the Feet Fleet walking club.
