ORDINANCE NO. 1729
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of San Clemente, at its Regular Meeting of April 19, 2022, adopted the following ordinance:
Ordinance No. 1729 entitled AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN CLEMENTE, CALIFORNIA, ADDING CHAPTER 8.14 TO THE SAN CLEMENTE MUNICIPAL CODE REGARDING MINIMUM STAFFING FOR FIRE EMERGENCY RESPONSE VEHICLES AND FINDING THE ORDINANCE NOT SUBJECT TO THE CALIFORNIA ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY ACT.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the above-referenced Ordinance was introduced at the City Council meeting of April 5, 2022, and was adopted at the Regular City Council meeting of April 19, 2022 by the following vote:

NOES: FERGUSON
