ORDINANCE NOS. 1720 and 1721
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of San Clemente, at its Regular Meeting of December 21, 2021, adopted the following ordinances:
1. Ordinance No. 1720 entitled AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN CLEMENTE, CALIFORNIA, TO APPROVE AND ADOPT AMENDMENTS TO THE CITY OF SAN CLEMENTE MUNICIPAL CODE TITLE 17, ZONING, UPDATING ERRONEOUS PERMITTED USE TABLE PLACEMENT AND DEFINITIONS FOR CONSISTENCY WITH THE GENERAL PLAN AND STATE AND FEDERAL LAW.
2. Ordinance No. 1721 entitled AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN CLEMENTE, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING CHAPTER 13.28 OF THE SAN CLEMENTE MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO WASTE DISCHARGE PRETREATMENT AND SOURCE CONTROL PROGRAM.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that Ordinance No. 1720 was introduced at the City Council meeting of November 16, 2021 and Ordinance No. 1721 was introduced at the City Council meeting of December 7, 2021, and were adopted at the Regular City Council meeting of December 21, 2021 by the following vote:
