San Clemente Times
The City of San Clemente will conduct short-term lodging unit permit application workshops for to provide an overview of the application process for obtaining a permit. The workshops will be held 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. on March 24, 28 and 29 at the City Hall Council Chambers, 100 Avenida Presidio in San Clemente.
Thursday, March 24 5:30 to 6:30 p.m.
Monday, March 28th – 5:30 to 6:30 p.m.
Tuesday, March 29th – 5:30 to 6:30 p.m.
The city recently introduced new regulations to identify changes to all rentals, which are regulations are outlined in City Ordinance No. 1617, which goes into effect on March 17.
