6-10 p.m. The Friends of San Clemente Foundation presents the Carnival Colossal & Food Truck Festival’s return to San Clemente all weekend. This yearly event offers the community and visitors with a host of rides, games, live entertainment and delicious eats. The festivities will kick off on Thursday evening, but from 2-6 p.m. that afternoon, the carnival will host “slow and low” rides with lower sound and speed for families with special-needs children and for preschool-aged children.
