The Elite Football Club’s girls U-12 team swept away their opponents at the Carlsbad Premier Cup Tournament from January 11-12 and took home the first-place trophy.

The team, SC Surf, won four straight games in convincing fashion, outscoring their opponents by a combined score of 19-1.

The SC SURF team includes: Briana Mendoza, Juliana Craft, Lucy Kelly, McKenna Alvarez, Hadley Thorsell, Charlotte Jones, Caroline Christl, Paige Campbell, Peyton Lynch, Isabelle Peloso, Meagan Rowlett, Piper Biolos, Emily Lowe, and Savanah Burns. The team is coached by Shawn Burns and Rick Hadwick.
