Grab your colorful Lycra leggings and your silver glitter, and get fit and have fun with our Disco themed HIIT Class. No dance experience required. Workout to disco classics like Diana Ross’ Upside Down with the matching dance moves. This high-energy class is the perfect stress relief. Thursday night workouts now become Saturday Night Fever and you will definitely work up a sweat. Train hard but party harder and then enjoy an after workout mimosas that will quench that disco fever.Parking is free. Come early to sign paperwork and get your spot. This class fills quickly.
