Earth Day Restoration and Cleanup: Doheny State Beach

Make improvements to the campground on Doheny by removing diseased plants, shrubs and weeds. Plant native trees, install planter chips, irrigate new plantings and participate in general cleanups around the beach, creeks and jetty area. Children of all ages are welcome if supervised by parents. Check-in time is at 8:30 a.m. Bring a signed volunteer waiver, water bottle, sunscreen, hat, heavy-duty gloves and closed-toe shoes.
