Exchange Club Honors Police and Firefighters

The Exchange Club of San Clemente held a ceremony for its annual firefighters and police officers recognition. This year, the club named Travis Bourassa, 2016 Fire Employee of the Year, Emergency Transport Technician; Kirk Tobiassen, 2016 Career Firefighter of the Year; and Deputy Randy Morphew, 2016 Deputy of the Year.
