Fictitious Business Names (DBA)

PUBLICATION REQUIREMENTS: FBN/DBA’s must be published for four consecutive weeks in order to be finalized. The first week of publication MUST be within 45 days of filing. All paperwork must be submitted with the Orange County Clerk-Recorder’s approved filing stamp. The deadline for all legal notices is Friday at 12 p.m. for the next week’s Thursday paper.

WHAT WE NEED: Email the completed form above, after receiving the Orange County Clerk-Recorder stamp of approval on the back, to legals@sanclementetimes.com or by fax to 949.388.9977. Please include a phone number for receipt verification. You may also drop off the paperwork to our office at 34932 Calle del Sol, Suite B, Capistrano Beach, CA 92624.

Payment is due on receipt of paperwork for publication. No exceptions.  At the end of the 4 weeks, we mail and email a proof of publication to you as well as submit to the County of Orange OC Clerk-Recorder for proof of publication.

Legal Name Change

PUBLICATION REQUIREMENTS: A Legal Name Change or Order to Show Cause must be published for 4 weeks prior to your court date. After the fourth week of publication, we will email and mail you a proof of publication that you must submit directly to the Court to verify that you’ve fulfilled your publication requirements. The Courts demand that the affidavit be submitted a minimum of 10 days before the court date.

WHAT WE NEED: Upon filing with the Court, please email a copy of the NC120 form to legals@sanclementetimes.com, or fax to 949.388.9977 or bring in person to 34932 Calle del Sol, Suite B, Capistrano Beach, CA 92624.

WHAT WE NEED: Please scan and email your DE121 to legals@sanclementetimes.com or fax it to 949.388.9977 as soon as possible. We will prepare a quote and information for you.
