While the traffic at this exit would be improved, the removal of this eyesore, the former Arco gas station, as Councilmember Steve Knoblock pointed out, would be equally significant since it is a primary entrance to our city.
No doubt that piece of property could be used by the city or some private enterprise to enhance this intersection.
