Annual festival draws thousands of people—through rain, shine and wicked surf

For the 39th year in a row, Ocean Festival in San Clemente was one of the city’s most popular events. Although inclement weather hampered Saturday’s activities, organizers put together a revised schedule, and Sunday’s events took place without a hitch. Throughout the weekend, the San Clemente Times was on scene to chronicle the celebration of the Spanish village by the sea’s most beloved asset. Take a look at three photo slideshows below.
