The San Clemente Chamber of Commerce’s 29th annual San Clemente SeaFest once again packed the Pier with many businesses and individuals vying for the best clam chowder in town on Sunday, Oct. 2.

Along with the clam chowder cook-off, there was a surf competition and an arts and crafts display area.
