San Clemente Municipal Golf Course

San Clemente Municipal Golf Course has long been a favorite for both local and out-of-town golfers. The 18-hole, 72 par Championship golf course is owned and operated by the city of San Clemente, and provides scenic, well-kept greens with astounding views of the neighboring Pacific ocean. Built on land donated by Ole Hanson, the city’s founder, the course opened in 1930, and has accommodated novice and expert players for over 70 years. Nicknamed “Muni”, the popular course boasts quality greens at extremely reasonable prices. Players can walk or drive golf carts, and juniors receive a 50% discount on green fees. The course also provides a practice chipping/putting area and driving range with 4 PGA professionals available to provide lessons. Shorecliffs Golf Course

Shorecliffs Golf Course is a local favorite, and was once the home course to U.S. President Richard Nixon. Designed by Joe Williams in 1964, the 18-hole, par 71 course offers rolling greens, varying elevations, and breathtaking ocean views. Mural covered tunnels connect the holes, and recent renovations have been undergone to reshape some holes and expand landing areas. Tree-lined fairways and canyon vistas provide challenging features. Bella Collina Golf Club

The private and exclusive Bella Collina Golf Club provides 27 well-kept greens to its members. Designed by Gary Player, Bella Collina’s challenging layout provides water hazards and natural foliage, as well as undulating greens.
