Avenida Vista Hermosa, 900 Block (9:55 p.m.)
A person was possibly on drugs, dancing around the front door of the location and following customers to their vehicles.

Avenida Del Mar, 100 Block (9:51 p.m.)
A man was laying down on the sidewalk and not moving.
El Camino Real/Avenida Junipero (8:38 p.m.)
Someone was “rolling around” in the street.
Calle Sarmentoso, 1200 Block (4:20 p.m.)
Teens or preteens were seen on the roof of a school.
Avenida San Juan, 300 Block (10:37 a.m.)
A caller said a car window was shot out with a BB gun.
El Camino Real, 500 Block (10:18 a.m.)
A woman was seen throwing beer cans in the area prior to leaving.
El Camino Real, 700 Block (2:35 a.m.)
A man was in a verbal argument with a woman, sitting on the hood of her car and refusing to let her leave. The woman said the man was drunk and had urinated in his pants.
Avenida Serra/Ola Vista (1:56 a.m.)
A man with black and white makeup and a black “skeleton hoodie” said his girlfriend’s sister’s boyfriend threw him to the ground. It was unknown why paramedics were refused.
Saturday, October 29
La Esperanza, 100 Block (7:39 p.m.)
Police were called about a man in an oversized jacket acting suspicious and talking about miracles.
Avenida Vista Hermosa/Calle Frontera (6:49 p.m.)
Police were called about a man who was walking in the street. The caller said the man “did not look good” and was swaying. He was wearing blue swim trunks and carrying a cooler, walking toward the Outlets.
Friday, October 28
Camino De Estrella/Avenida Las Palmas (10:16 p.m.)
The caller was being followed by a four-door, white Honda Civic with four men in it. The caller said they were throwing things at the “big rig” he was driving.
Via Pacifica, 0 Block (9:22 p.m.)
A woman said her 15-year-old son ding-dong-ditched a neighbor. The neighbor was threatening the caller’s husband and allegedly said he was going to shoot him.
Avenida Victoria, 600 Block (8:33 p.m.)
People were seen setting off “Chinese fire lanterns” off the Pier.
Calle Puente, 1100 Block (6:49 p.m.)
Police were called to a man heard yelling that he was locked in a classroom and possibly hit his head at the back of the school. Orange County Fire Authority responded to the situation.
Vista Prado/Colina Rodante (1:26 a.m.)
Police were called to a man standing in the middle of the street waving a piece of wood around.
Avenida Mateo/El Camino Real (12:32 a.m.)
Police were called to a woman screaming and trying to get away from a man who was following her.
Thursday, October 27
Cristianitos Road, 100 Block (10:35 p.m.)
A man said a salesman was speaking to his wife for three to four hours was selling a vacuum for $3,000. The caller said he seemed suspicious and asked him to leave.
Avenida Cabrillo, 200 Block (7:11 p.m.)
A woman said she needed help because her husband was driving drunk on Avenida Del Mar.
Camino De Estrella, 500 Block (11:24 a.m.)
A man said he was hit in the head by a rock thrown from a passing vehicle.
Wednesday, October 26
Avenida Victoria, 100 Block (6:45 p.m.)
A caller said a man was going through washing machines, pulling items off the walls and bulletin board and refusing to leave.
Avenida Pico, 100 Block (3:51 p.m.)
Someone was soliciting money and then started screaming.
