A person was possibly on drugs, dancing around the front door of the location and following customers to their vehicles.

A caller said a car window was shot out with a BB gun.

A woman was seen throwing beer cans in the area prior to leaving.

A man was in a verbal argument with a woman, sitting on the hood of her car and refusing to let her leave. The woman said the man was drunk and had urinated in his pants.

A man with black and white makeup and a black “skeleton hoodie” said his girlfriend’s sister’s boyfriend threw him to the ground. It was unknown why paramedics were refused.

La Esperanza, 100 Block (7:39 p.m.)
Police were called about a man in an oversized jacket acting suspicious and talking about miracles.

Avenida Vista Hermosa/Calle Frontera (6:49 p.m.)
Police were called about a man who was walking in the street. The caller said the man “did not look good” and was swaying. He was wearing blue swim trunks and carrying a cooler, walking toward the Outlets.

DISTURBANCE
Camino De Estrella/Avenida Las Palmas (10:16 p.m.)
The caller was being followed by a four-door, white Honda Civic with four men in it. The caller said they were throwing things at the “big rig” he was driving.

A woman said her 15-year-old son ding-dong-ditched a neighbor. The neighbor was threatening the caller’s husband and allegedly said he was going to shoot him.

People were seen setting off “Chinese fire lanterns” off the Pier.

A man said a salesman was speaking to his wife for three to four hours was selling a vacuum for $3,000. The caller said he seemed suspicious and asked him to leave.

A woman said she needed help because her husband was driving drunk on Avenida Del Mar.

A man said he was hit in the head by a rock thrown from a passing vehicle.

A caller said a man was going through washing machines, pulling items off the walls and bulletin board and refusing to leave.
