A woman with blonde and black hair wearing a gray sweater and carrying a black backpack walked into the store and grabbed the tip jar.

A man said his neighbor put him in a chokehold and smashed his head.

Police were called to a man who came up to a woman, asking if she was singing. He called her “Miranda,” and then proceeded to jump around in the sand “like a child.” The man was described as 45 years old, 5-foot-10, shirtless and wearing gray shorts. The caller said he might be on drugs.

The caller said the girlfriend of the men who assaulted him earlier came over to his home.

Two men put the caller’s grandson in a headlock. They then went over to a bus stop, one carrying a red suitcase and the other man carrying a bag.

The caller said they’ve been having ongoing issues with “transients.” The caller said they’ve become “more and more crazy,” verbally aggressive while “sharing their life story.” The caller said they also “looked desperate and crazy” while walking up and down El Camino Real.
