Police were called to a white bus occupied by a man living inside with trash “piled up to the top of the windows.” The caller said the man tied his dog to the street light in the park near the bus.

Avenida Del Poniente/Calle Puente (1:34 p.m.)
Police were called to an ice cream truck that had been parked in the same spot for more than an hour.
SUSPICIOUS PERSON IN VEHICLE
Avenida de la Grulla, 200 Block (8:42 a.m.)
Two men were inside a small gray car with tinted windows, and the caller said they were looking around the area. The caller said they looked like “bug-eyed … gang bangers.”

A man was reportedly showing his genitals to people.

The caller’s vehicle “rolled on” the neighbor’s grass and hit a vehicle.
RECKLESS DRIVING
El Camino Real/Camino Capistrano (12:14 p.m.)
A man in a black Porsche was speeding and cut a woman off. The caller said the driver was making rude gestures and screaming.

Monte Vista, 100 Block (11:14 a.m.)
A woman said a man yelled racial slurs at her and spit at her feet. She said she does not feel safe when walking around her living complex.

Police were called to a report of a man in his late 20s wearing flannel pajama bottoms and carrying a 6-foot-tall tree. When the caller asked him what he was doing with the tree, the man replied, “I am carrying it to the apocalypse.” The caller said the man was also very aggressive toward him.

Police were called to two men and a woman who were smoking in the bushes. The caller was concerned of their presence due to recent car break-ins in the area.
