Come with an appetite and a palate ready for culinary bliss. The Chamber of Commerce’s 17th annual Taste of San Clemente features a stacked list of participants looking to treat guests with fine food and drinks. There will also be live music and dancing under the stars at this year’s event, which is Friday, November 7 from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. and takes place at the Courtside Restaurant in the Rancho San Clemente Tennis and Fitness Club.

More than 20 local restaurants will prepare signature dishes for sampling, including Adele’s, Baja Fresh, Beach Garden Cafe, Bliss Catering, Blue Danube, Bob’s Fine Wine, Cafe Mimosa, Charo Chicken, Costco, Courtside Restaurant, Dad’s Liquor and Deli, Donna B’s Cookies and Cakes, Edible Arrangements, Italian Cravings, La Fondue, The Melting Pot, OC Tavern, Pacific Water Solutions, Pick Up Stix, Pizza Port, San Clemente Wine Co., Selma’s Chicago Pizzeria, Sonny’s Pizza and Pasta, Sundried Tomato, Super Suppers, Taka-O, Trader Joe’s, Two Guy’s Grilling, Wal-Mart, White Horses and Z Pizza.

In addition, guests can enjoy drinks from 16 California wineries, microbrews, Heineken, Courvoisier Cognac, martinis and even cigars.

And to work up that appetite, there will be dancing outdoors to live music by Baytown Band, which plays a variety of music that appeals to all tastes.

Tickets are $75 each and limited to 250-buy soon, tickets are going fast according to the Chamber, and will not be sold at the door. Tickets include a complimentary wine glass or beer mug, food, drinks and valet parking.
