Casa Romantica’s Toast to the Casa, ‘A Slice in Time,’ took place Saturday at the event center and gardens.

Executive Director Berenika Schmitz said the net proceeds from the event came in at $125,000 for the venue’s events.

“We are very proud and so grateful for the outpouring support,” Schmitz said.

According to Casa representatives, The Toast to the Casa raises funds for Casa Romantica’s free children’s programs, workshops and tours to help educate “more than 2,000 Orange County youth each year in science, history, music, theater and dance.”
