The Orange County Registrar of Voters announced voters the deadline to request a vote-by-mail ballot is Nov. 1.
Applications from registered voters may be dropped off at the Registrar of Voters office up to 5 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 1. Voters can also fax their application to the Registrar or apply online until midnight Tuesday, Nov. 1.
Vote-by-mail ballots received before Election Day are processed prior to Election Day and are the first results reported on Election Night.
The Registrar is located at 1300 S. Grand Ave., Santa Ana. Online applications can be found at www.ocvote.com/votebymail or fax the application to 714.567.7556.
